Teriyaki Beef and Brussels Sprouts
Easy Jasmine Rice
Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1½ cup matchstick cut carrots
- 4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Cook Brussels sprouts in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes until browned and tender. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, thinly slice steak across the grain. Cook steak in 2 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add carrots, green onions, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
- Return Brussels sprouts to skillet. Stir in stir fry sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated .

- 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions.
