Creamy Ranch Shrimp Pasta
Simple Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup less sodium chicken broth
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium; add cream, broth, and dressing mix, and cook 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in green onions. Serve mixture over pasta.

- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until asparagus is tender and lightly charred.
