Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine
  • 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup less sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium; add cream, broth, and dressing mix, and cook 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in green onions. Serve mixture over pasta.

  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until asparagus is tender and lightly charred.
