Easy Burrito Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (16-oz) can refried beans
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 8 burrito flour tortillas
  • 3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in beans, soup, sour cream, and seasoning.
  3. Tear tortillas into 2-inch pieces. Arrange half of tortillas in bottom of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with half of meat mixture and 1½ cups cheese. Repeat layers.
  4. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
