Layered Taco Casserole

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 2 (16-oz) can refried beans
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup refrigerated salsa
- 1 (8-oz) carton guacamole
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in seasoning, beans, cheese, and salsa. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 -x 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Spread guacamole and sour cream over casserole. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
