Strawberry-Watermelon Caprese Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) container strawberries, quartered
- 1 small seedless watermelon, peeled and cubed
- ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 (6-oz) container crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, watermelon, cucumber, onion, and basil in a large bowl.
- Drizzle lime juice and honey over mixture; sprinkle with salt. Gently toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
