Strawberry-Watermelon Caprese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) container strawberries, quartered
  • 1 small seedless watermelon, peeled and cubed
  • ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 (6-oz) container crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, watermelon, cucumber, onion, and basil in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle lime juice and honey over mixture; sprinkle with salt. Gently toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
