Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground sirloin
  • 2 (7-oz) pouches Korean stir fry simmer sauce
  • 12 soft taco flour tortillas
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • ½ cup kimchi
  • ½ cup roasted, salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add simmer sauce; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  2. Meanwhile, heat tortillas according to package directions. Stir together mayonnaise and Sriracha.
  3. Fill tortillas with beef and kimchi. Sprinkle with nuts and cilantro. Serve with mayonnaise mixture and, if desired, lime wedges.

  • 1 (16-oz) container cubed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
