Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 (24-oz) bag baby Dutch red potatoes
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover in a saucepan 10 minutes or until just tender; drain and place on a greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Using a potato masher, mash each potato until flattened, but still intact. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with rosemary, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Bake 25 minutes or until edges of potatoes are browned and crispy.
