Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 (24-oz) bag baby Dutch red potatoes
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover in a saucepan 10 minutes or until just tender; drain and place on a greased rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Using a potato masher, mash each potato until flattened, but still intact. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with rosemary, garlic salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until edges of potatoes are browned and crispy.
