Broccoli-Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 3 Honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • ⅓ cup roasted and salted sunflower kernels

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, and vinegar in a large bowl. Add broccoli, apples, cranberries, onion, and sunflower kernels; toss. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
