Broccoli-Apple Salad

Ingredients
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 3 Honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- ½ cup sliced red onion
- ⅓ cup roasted and salted sunflower kernels
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, and vinegar in a large bowl. Add broccoli, apples, cranberries, onion, and sunflower kernels; toss. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
