Three-Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 1 (15.5-oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15.5-oz) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 English cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, chopped
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Steam green beans according to package directions; cool, and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Toss together cooled green beans, chickpeas, kidney beans, cucumber, bell pepper, celery, onion, and vinaigrette in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
