Ingredients

  • 2 pita bread rounds, cut into wedges
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ cup plain hummus
  • ½ cup tzatziki dip
  • ¾ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives
  • 3 Tbsp sliced pepperoncini
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pita wedges on a rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with oil. Bake 20 minutes or until crisp.
  2. Transfer chips to 2 plates. Top each serving with hummus, tzatziki, tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, and parsley.
