Mediterranean Nachos

Ingredients
- 2 pita bread rounds, cut into wedges
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ cup plain hummus
- ½ cup tzatziki dip
- ¾ cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup kalamata olives
- 3 Tbsp sliced pepperoncini
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pita wedges on a rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with oil. Bake 20 minutes or until crisp.
- Transfer chips to 2 plates. Top each serving with hummus, tzatziki, tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, and parsley.
