Brown Sugar-Lemon Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless thick pork chops
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Stir together brown sugar, ketchup, and onion powder; brush on pork chops. Top with lemon slices.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until pork is very tender.

- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1½ cups long grain white rice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Bring broth and soup to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add rice and seasoning; reduce heat, cover, and simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- Meanwhile, cook broccoli according to package directions.
