Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless thick pork chops
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Stir together brown sugar, ketchup, and onion powder; brush on pork chops. Top with lemon slices.
  3. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until pork is very tender.

  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1½ cups long grain white rice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bring broth and soup to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add rice and seasoning; reduce heat, cover, and simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  2. Meanwhile, cook broccoli according to package directions.
