Little Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

Curly Fries and Fruit-Marshmallow Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 lb boneless Boston butt pork roast
  • 1½ cups cola soft drink
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (12-count) pkg slider buns 

Instructions

  1. Place onions in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker; top with roast, cola, and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until pork is very tender.
  2. Shred pork with 2 forks. Serve pork on buns with additional barbecue sauce or ketchup. Discard onions, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen seasoned curly fries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
  2. Toss together fruit and marshallows just before serving.
