Sloppy Joe Pasta
Garlic Bread and Lemon-Pepper Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cellentani pasta
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp honey mustard
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Stir in ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, honey mustard, vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in pasta and ½ cup of cheese until melted. Divide pasta mixture among 6 plates. Top with remaining cheese .
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen garlic bread
- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake bread according to package directions; slice to serve.
- Cook green beans according to package directions. Toss with butter and season with lemon-pepper.
