Bang Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
Sesame EdamameIngredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup reduced fat olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 12 Bibb or butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Sprinkle shrimp with pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until done.
- Stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
- Divide shrimp mixture, tomatoes, and green onions among lettuce leaves.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen edamame in pods
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook edamame according to package directions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
