Garlic Butter Steak
Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- ½ lb flank steak
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat steak dry on both sides; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook steak in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium, and melt butter in same skillet. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Slice steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve steak with garlic butter; sprinkle with parsley.
