Ingredients

  • ½ lb flank steak
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat steak dry on both sides; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook steak in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, and melt butter in same skillet. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
  3. Slice steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve steak with garlic butter; sprinkle with parsley.
