Ranch Veggie Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch seasoning mix
- 8 burrito flour tortillas
- 1½ cups matchstick carrots
- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and seasoning mix in a bowl with a mixer at medium-low speed until blended. Spread mixture over tortillas.
- Sprinkle vegetables over cheese mixture. Roll up tightly into logs, and cut each log into ¾-inch-thick slices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
