Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp unsulphured molasses
- 1 lb boneless top sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp finely ground espresso powder
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine oil and molasses; brush on steak. Combine espresso, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub all over steak; let stand 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak, covered, 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.

- 1 lb cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until browned and tender.
