Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp unsulphured molasses
  • 1 lb boneless top sirloin steak
  • 1 Tbsp finely ground espresso powder
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine oil and molasses; brush on steak. Combine espresso, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub all over steak; let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak, covered, 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.

  • 1 lb cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until browned and tender.
