Ingredients

  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 6 slices American cheese, cut into squares
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • ⅓ cup yellow mustard
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Flatten each hamburger bun half to ¼-inch-thickness. Press flattened buns into bottoms and up sides of a lightly greased 12-cup muffin pan.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in Worcestershire and garlic salt.
  3. Spoon beef mixture into bun "cups". Arrange cheese squares over beef mixture.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until hambuger cups are toasted and cheese is melted. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard. Top with pickles and sesame seeds.
