Marinated Polynesian Chicken
Easy Fried Rice and Baked Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken in half crosswise, and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger to bag. Seal bag, turning to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.

- 1 (12.4-oz) box fried rice mix
- 1 (24.5-oz) pkg frozen vegetable egg rolls
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Bake 6 egg rolls according to package directions; serve with 6 Tbsp sauce.
