Roasted Tomato-Burrata Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg tagliatelle pasta
  • ½ (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, torn and divided
  • 1 (4-oz) ball burrata cheese, torn
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together tomatoes, garlic, oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper in an 11-x 7-inch baking dish. Roast 25 to 30 minutes or until tomatoes burst.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
  3. Toss hot pasta, ½ of basil, and reserved ¼ cup pasta water with tomato mixture in baking dish.
  4. Top with cheese and remaining basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
