Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Sriracha, divided
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp lime zest
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Whisk together 1 Tbsp Sriracha and honey in a small bowl.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks and thread onto bamboo or metal skewers; place in a shallow pan. Whisk together 2 Tbsp Sriracha, lime zest, and lime juice; brush over chicken, turning to coat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Brush with honey mixture and sprinkle with cilantro.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 (8-oz) pouch microwavable long grain white rice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise; slice into ½-inch-thick half-moons.
  2. Cook zucchini and mushrooms in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until zucchini is tender. Stir in garlic salt.
  3. Heat rice according to package directions.
