Pesto-Mozzarella Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (6.2-oz) jar creamy Genovese pesto
- 1 (8-oz) ball fresh mozzarella cheese, torn
- ½ cup pine nuts
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pizza dough into a 16-inch round on a greased baking sheet; prick dough all over with a fork. Brush with oil. Bake 8 minutes.
- Spread pesto on partially-baked crust; top with cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until crust is golden, topping with nuts during last 3 minutes of cooking.
- Sprinkle with basil, and drizzle balsamic glaze. Cut into wedges to serve.
