Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (8-oz) pouch chicken tinga cooking sauce
  • 18 corn tortillas
  • 1 (5-oz) container crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onion
  • 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken and cooking sauce in a microwavable bowl. Loosely cover, and microwave on HIGH until thoroughly heated.
  2. Meanwhile, heat tortillas according to package directions. Serve chicken mixture in tortillas with cheese, onion, and guacamole. Sprinkle with cilantro.

  • 1 (10-oz) bag tortilla chips
  • ½ (16-oz) container refrigerated salsa

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
