Easy Tuna Melts
Mixed Greens Salad
Ingredients
- 3 (5-oz) cans wild caught, no salt added tuna, drained
- 6 Tbsp minced celery
- 6 Tbsp avocado oil mayonnaise
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 12 (1.1-oz) slices zero carb bread
- 12 (1-oz) slices sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Position oven rack on second shelf. Preheat broiler. Gently combine tuna and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Place 6 bread slices on a large rimmed baking sheet; divide tuna mixture among bread slices. Top each sandwich with 2 slices of cheese; broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining bread.

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 2 (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Combine greens, avocado, and grape tomatoes in a large bowl; drizzle dressing over salad. Toss.
