Loaded White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Blondies

Ingredients
- 1½ cups butter, softened
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2¼ cups all purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ¾ cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
- ¾ cup chopped dried pineapple
- 2 cups shredded flaked coconut
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat butter and sugar with a mixer at medium speed 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended. Beat in vanilla.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture at medium speed, mixing until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and pineapple.
- Spoon batter into a 13- x 9-inch pan coated with baking spray with flour. Stir together coconut and condensed milk in a medium bowl.
- Bake blondies 20 minutes; remove from oven, and carefully top with coconut mixture. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until center is set. Cool 1 hour before cutting into squares.
