Chicken and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- 1 chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup roasted, salted pepitas
Instructions
- Combine dressing and chipotle pepper in a small bowl. Combine avocado and lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Divide lettuce, chicken, beans, avocado, bell pepper, onion, and pepitas among 4 plates; drizzle with dressing.
