Italian Grilled Chicken Pizza Sandwich
Parmesan Potato Tots
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 mozzarella cheese slices
- 1 (3.5-oz) pkg pepperoni
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 1 cup pasta sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning, and if desired, salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Top with cheese and pepperoni. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand until cheese is melted.
- Top bottom halves of buns with pasta sauce and chicken; cover with bun tops.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake or fry potato tots according to package directions; sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper, if desired.
