Seared Salmon with Horseradish Sauce
Lemony Arugula with Pistachios
Ingredients
- ¾ lb salmon fillets
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1½ Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
Instructions
- Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook fillets in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side until browned and fish flakes with a fork.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish. Serve fillets with sauce.

- 3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp roasted pistachio pieces
- 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
