Seared Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb salmon fillets
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook fillets in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side until browned and fish flakes with a fork.
  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish. Serve fillets with sauce.

  • 3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp roasted pistachio pieces
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  2. Whisk together vinaigrette and lemon juice; toss with arugula.
