Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can fire roasted crushed tomatoes
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly; drain well, and transfer to a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours.
  3. Stir in tortellini. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with basil.
