Coffee-Marinated Grilled Pork Chops
Grilled Red Cabbage and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1½ Tbsp finely ground coffee
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ lb boneless pork chops
Instructions
- Whisk together water, orange juice, coffee, paprika, and salt in a bowl; rub over pork. Chill 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork on a grill rack rubbed with oil, covered, 4 minutes per side or until done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- ¾ large head red cabbage, cut into 2 wedges
- ½ Tbsp avocado oil
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp water
- ½ Tbsp raw honey
- 1 green onion, chopped
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare green beans according to package directions.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush cabbage with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Grill on a grill rack rubbed with oil, covered, 12 minutes or until charred, turning occasionally.
- Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, water, and honey. Drizzle over cabbage; sprinkle with onion.
