Fauxjito
Ingredients
- 1 lime
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves, torn
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1 cup lime flavored sparkling mineral water, chilled
- ½ Tbsp simple syrup, optional
Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from lime. Add to a Collins glass or another tall glass along with mint leaves; gently muddle with a wooden spoon.
- Add ice and sparkling water; gently stir. Add simple syrup, if desired. Garnish with a lime wheel, if desired.
