Herby Whipped Feta Pasta

Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tagliatelle pasta
- 2¼ tsp olive oil, divided
- ½ lemon
- ½ (8-oz) block feta cheese, at room temperature
- ¼ cup whipped cream cheese
- ½ (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and toss with ½ Tbsp oil.
- Meanwhile, grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon half. Process feta, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, basil, oregano, ¾ tsp oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a food processor until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
- Serve whipped feta over pasta. Top with tomatoes, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
