Italian Quesadillas
Roasted Green Beans with Ranch
Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 burrito flour tortillas
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in marinara sauce and garlic powder.
- Brush one side of tortillas with oil; place, oiled sides down, on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Divide beef mixture among tortillas, placing ingredients on one half of each tortilla. Top with cheeses. Fold tortillas in half.
- Bake 6 minutes, and flip. Bake 6 to 7 minutes longer or until tortillas are browned and cheese melts. Cut into wedges.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients except dressing on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 15 minutes or until green beans are well browned. Serve with dressing for dipping.
