Loaded Potato Gnocchi
Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- ¼ cup butter, divided
- 2 (16-oz) pkg potato gnocchi
- 1 (15-oz) can nacho cheese sauce
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup real bacon pieces
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add half of gnocchi and cook 8 minutes or until toasted, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and gnocchi.
- Meanwhile, heat cheese sauce according to package directions.
- Divide gnocchi among 6 shallow bowls. Drizzle with hot cheese sauce; top with sour cream, bacon, and Parmesan.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
