Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg fettuccine
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • 9 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 (6.5-oz) jar pesto
  • ¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta and broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 3 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
  3. Add broccoli, pesto, and cream to drippings in skillet; cook 7 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir in bacon. Serve sauce over pasta.

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut bread in half lengthwise; place on a baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until toasted.
