Parmesan Potato Chips with Ranch

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 6 burrito flour tortillas
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1 lb thinly sliced honey ham

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Spread dressing over center third of tortillas. Top with cheese, turkey, ham, and bacon. Roll up and slice. Serve with additional dressing for dipping, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) bag kettle cooked potato chips
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange chips on a large rimmed baking sheet; bake 5 to 6 minutes or until chips are shiny. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Serve chips with dressing for dipping.
