Turkey and Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 2 slices low sodium oven roasted turkey
- 1 slice havarti cheese
- ½ Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
- ½ cup sliced cucumbers
- ¼ cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Stack turkey slices; top with cheese, and spread mayonnaise on cheese. Roll up, and cut into small pieces, if desired.
- Divide prepared roll-ups, yogurt, strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, and Ranch among lunchbox compartments.
