Turkey-Cream Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp strawberry preserves
- 2 burrito flour tortillas
- ½ head green leaf lettuce, leaves torn
- 4 (1-oz) slices low sodium oven roasted turkey
- 4 (0.7-oz) slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tomato, halved and sliced
- ¼ cup miniature pretzel twists
- ¼ cup Cheddar cheese crackers
- ¼ cup blackberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ½ cucumber, cut lengthwise into ribbons
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and strawberry preserves in a small bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Divide cream cheese mixture between tortillas; spread in an even layer. Place 3 lettuce leaves in middle of each tortilla; top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 slices cheese, and 3 tomato slices.
- Roll up each tortilla; secure with a wooden toothpick. Slice each tortilla crosswise into 6 pieces.
- Divide desired amount of roll-ups, pretzels, crackers, blackberries, raspberries, and cucumber among lunchbox compartments. Refrigerate remaining roll-ups for another meal.
