Ham and Asparagus Frittata

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ lb sliced low sodium ham, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 large eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Sauté asparagus, ham, and garlic in hot oil in a broiler-safe 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until tender and browned.
- Whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add eggs to skillet; stir quickly. Cook, without stirring, until eggs begin to set. Transfer to oven.
- Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until puffed and set. Cut frittata into wedges.
