Strawberry-Avocado Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen strawberries
- 1 avocado, halved
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 4 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Process strawberries, avocado, yogurt, milk, mint, honey, and lime juice in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Pour into 4 bowls.
- Top with blueberries, almonds, coconut, and chia seeds.
