Strawberry-Avocado Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen strawberries
  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 4 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Process strawberries, avocado, yogurt, milk, mint, honey, and lime juice in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Pour into 4 bowls.
  2. Top with blueberries, almonds, coconut, and chia seeds.
