Strawberry-Avocado Toast
Honey-Greek Yogurt BerriesIngredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 large avocado
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 4 (1-oz) slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon. Mash avocados in a bowl to desired consistency; stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt.
- Spread avocado on toast slices; top with berries, cheese, and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with basil.

- ½ (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
- 1 (11-oz) pkg blueberries
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
