Barbecue Chicken Pita Pizzas
Chilled Grapes
Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pitas on a large rimmed baking sheet. Spread barbecue sauce on pitas. Top with chicken and bell pepper, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese melts.
