Barbecue Chicken Pita Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pitas on a large rimmed baking sheet. Spread barbecue sauce on pitas. Top with chicken and bell pepper, and sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Bake 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese melts.

  • 2 cups seedless grapes
