Chicken and Blue Cheese Sandwiches
Apple Slices
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ tsp dried crushed rosemary
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted
- 4 thin slices red onion
- 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in a large nonstick skillet coated in cooking spray over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until done.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, cheese, and rosemary in a small bowl.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture over bun bottoms; top with lettuce, onion, and chicken. Cover with bun tops to assemble sandwiches.
