Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 burrito flour tortillas
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in marinara sauce and garlic powder.
  2. Brush one side of tortillas with oil; place, oiled sides down, on two large rimmed baking sheets.
  3. Divide beef mixture among tortillas, placing ingredients on one half of each tortilla. Top with cheeses. Fold tortillas in half.
  4. Bake 6 minutes, and flip. Bake 6 to 7 minutes longer or until tortillas are browned and cheese melts. Cut into wedges.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients except Ranch dressing on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 15 minutes or until green beans are well browned. Serve with dressing for dipping.
