Roasted Green Beans with Ranch

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 burrito flour tortillas
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in marinara sauce and garlic powder.
- Brush one side of tortillas with oil; place, oiled sides down, on two large rimmed baking sheets.
- Divide beef mixture among tortillas, placing ingredients on one half of each tortilla. Top with cheeses. Fold tortillas in half.
- Bake 6 minutes, and flip. Bake 6 to 7 minutes longer or until tortillas are browned and cheese melts. Cut into wedges.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients except Ranch dressing on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 15 minutes or until green beans are well browned. Serve with dressing for dipping.
