Honey Mustard Turkey Club Sandwiches
Fresh Cherries
Ingredients
- 8 slices center cut bacon
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ Tbsp honey
- 8 (1-oz) slices whole grain bread
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves, halved crosswise
- ½ lb deli sliced low sodium turkey breast
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook bacon, in batches, according to package directions for microwave.
- Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard and honey in a small bowl; spread on bread slices.
- Layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, and tomato on 4 bread slices, mayonnaise sides up; cover with remaining bread slices, mayonnaise sides down, to assemble sandwiches.
