Honey Mustard Turkey Club Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 8 slices center cut bacon
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ Tbsp honey
  • 8 (1-oz) slices whole grain bread
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves, halved crosswise
  • ½ lb deli sliced low sodium turkey breast
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon, in batches, according to package directions for microwave.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard and honey in a small bowl; spread on bread slices.
  3. Layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, and tomato on 4 bread slices, mayonnaise sides up; cover with remaining bread slices, mayonnaise sides down, to assemble sandwiches.
