Blueberry-Cream Cheese Pinwheels
Almond Butter Dip with ApplesIngredients
- ½ (8-oz) block ⅓ less fat cream cheese, softened
- 4 soft taco whole wheat flour tortillas
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 4 tsp honey
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on tortillas. Top with berries and nuts; drizzle with honey. Roll up tortillas, and cut into 1½- to 2-inch-thick slices.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 1½ Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine yogurt, almond butter and honey in a bowl, stirring until blended.
- Serve yogurt mixture with apple slices.
