Herbed Ricotta and Roasted Pepper Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) already rolled out bakery pizza dough
- 1 (15-oz) carton whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (12-oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
- 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out dough onto a greased pizza pan. Prick surface of dough all over with a fork. Bake 6 minutes.
- Stir together ricotta, seasoning, and garlic in a bowl. Spread ricotta mixture over partially-baked crust. Top with peppers and mozzarella. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese melts.
