BALT Sandwiches with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- 6 slices center cut bacon, halved crosswise
- 8 slices white whole wheat sandwich bread
- ⅓ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
- Toast bread, if desired. Spread dressing on one side of each bread slice. Top 4 bread slices with cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and avocado, dressing sides up. Cover with 4 bread slices, dressing sides down, to assemble sandwiches.
