Oven Roasted Parmesan Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 8 ears corn on the cob, shucked
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp minced fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place corn on a lightly greased baking sheet; brush with oil, and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until corn begins to brown.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together butter, cheese, basil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Brush corn with butter mixture. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
