Chicken Caesar Salad Nachos

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (11-oz) bag tortilla chips
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ¾ cup Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet; sprinkle with seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes; chop.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange chips on a lightly greased baking sheet. Top with half of cheeses, chicken, and remaining cheeses. Bake 15 minutes or until cheeses are melted and chips are toasted.
- Meanwhile, toss together lettuce and dressing. Top nachos with lettuce mixture; drizzle with additional dressing, if desired.
